By registering for an account, using guest sessions, or participating in practice battles on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. User Accounts & Security
- Account Types: We offer both registered accounts and guest sessions. Guest session data is temporary and automatically purged after 72 hours of inactivity.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform.
3. Code of Conduct & Fair Play
We believe in competitive integrity and respect. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Using scripts, exploits, bots, or any third-party automation to gain an unfair advantage in MCQ battles or practice lobbies.
- Scraping or harvesting questions, solutions, or user data from our databases.
- Harassing, abusing, or behaving dishonestly towards other users or our moderation team.
- Submitting false bug reports, fraudulent verification screenshots, or malicious support requests.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials on the Platform, including but not limited to quiz questions, custom study banks, interface designs, mockups, and logos (including the Taiyari Pro logo and wordmark), are the intellectual property of Taiyari Pro or licensed to us. You may not distribute, reproduce, or modify any content without explicit written permission.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Helpful Resource Only: The Platform is designed as an assistant for competitive exam preparation. We do not guarantee passing scores, specific ranks, or any particular result in official public or private examinations.
- No Warranty: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taiyari Pro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users, or violates applicable laws.
